Job Description

An IT Executive is responsible for managing and supporting an organization’s technology infrastructure, ensuring that all systems, networks, and hardware operate smoothly and securely. The role includes installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, routers, switches, Wi-Fi networks, printers, servers, and software applications. The IT Executive troubleshoots technical issues, provides user support, performs system upgrades, monitors network performance, and ensures data security through regular backups, antivirus management, and implementation of IT policies. They also coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and ensure timely maintenance and updates of all IT assets. In addition to daily technical operations, the IT Executive contributes to planning and improving the organization’s IT strategy by assessing system needs and identifying opportunities for efficiency and security enhancements. They ensure compliance with industry standards, maintain documentation of IT processes, and support digital initiatives such as e-commerce platforms, cloud services, or ERP systems. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and a solid understanding of networking, system administration, and cybersecurity best practices.
