Influencer Marketing Executive

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Talent Scouting: Scout for talented creators and influencers on social media platforms tailored to specific campaign requirements and objectives.

2. Relationship Building: Initiate and maintain one-on-one conversations with influencers, fostering meaningful connections.

3. Coordination Expertise: Master end-to-end coordination, execution, and communication with influencers, ensuring seamless collaboration.

4. Creative Research: Conduct basic research to fuel innovative content and campaign ideas, keeping us ahead of the curve.

5. Quality Control: Review content from influencers, offering relevant and timely feedback to enhance overall quality.

6. Deadline Adherence: Ensure influencer deliverables align with campaign briefs, executed promptly and creatively.

7. Collaborative Planning: Collaborate daily with the social media team to strategize engaging content, ensuring our brand shines brightly.

Requirements :

1. Enthusiastic about learning and growing within the role, staying updated with industry trends.

2. Strong communication skills to build lasting relationships with influencers and team members.

3. Knowledge of the creator/influencer community, coupled with a good understanding of marketing and social media channels, especially Instagram & YouTube.

4. Highly organized with excellent multitasking abilities, capable of handling diverse tasks efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹569,379.45 per year
