About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst - Supply Chain to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve and optimize supply chain operations, with a strong focus on data analysis, process improvement, and system integration. You will play a pivotal role in streamlining workflows, enhancing supply chain visibility, and driving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations Support Assist in monitoring and analyzing warehouse workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement areas. Provide guidance to the warehouse team by leveraging data insights to enhance operational efficiency. Data Analysis with Advanced Excel Utilize advanced Excel functions (e.g., ADDRESS, INDIRECT) to analyze and manage complex datasets. Generate actionable insights that align warehouse objectives with overall business goals. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Ops, Tech, Logistics, CX) to gather requirements, align business needs with technical capabilities, & implement changes. Act as the bridge between business and technology teams. SQL and Data Querying Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis. Maintain data accuracy to support informed decision-making in warehouse operations and beyond. Business and Product Insights Analyze operational data and correlate it with broader business funnels to identify opportunities for growth or improvement. Collaborate with teams such as Operations and Go-To-Market (GTM) to ensure decisions are backed by robust data insights. Project Management and Product Support Support warehouse process enhancements and product development with data-driven recommendations and feedback. Assist in managing project deliverables and timelines, ensuring timely execution of warehouse initiatives. Support and lead supply chain-focused projects, including the implementation of new systems or tools, process optimization, and vendor management. Requirements Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field. (MBA Preferred) 1 - 3 years of experience, preferably with a focus on Analytics, Supply Chain or Operations. Strong proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Experience with SQL and database management. Familiarity with supply chain software tools.
