Monitor and ensure adherence to quality standards during printing and packaging processes. Conduct in-process and final inspections of printed and packaged materials to identify any defects or inconsistencies. Perform root cause analysis for quality issues and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA) . Maintain documentation for quality reports, test records, and inspection logs . Collaborate with production, maintenance, and design teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives . Ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, and other relevant quality certifications . Provide training and guidance to operators and supervisors on quality procedures and standards . Handle customer complaints by investigating issues and implementing resolution measures. Monitor and calibrate testing instruments and maintain their validation schedules. Conduct internal quality audits and support external audits from clients and certification bodies. Preferred candidate profile: Candidates should be from packaging or plastic industry Relevant experience from the same industry
Responsible for Pre & Post Documentation. Preparing export Invoice, packing List, and tracking Shipment, Letter of credit. Coordination with Overseas Buyers, CHA, freight forwarders & Shipping Agents regarding shipments, Preparation of BRC. 2-3 years of experience in Import-export documentation.
