Job Description

Must have Experience in Manufacturing Industry.

Requirement

Monitoring Of Safety practices, and employee grooming as per standard.

Good knowledge of audits as ISO, EMS, EHS, OHSAS, SEDEX.

To ensure the compliance of HR Policies and initiate disciplinary actions if required.

Resolution of employees issues and concern.

Managing of Time office as terms of the leaves, short leaves and policy.

Leaves and attendance management, Like STARLINKS

Planning and implementing Employee engagement activities.

Forming compensation structure as per prevailing and revised compliance related to the payroll.

To Handle query related salary of employees.

MIS Reporting to prepare HR and admin ,MIS reports as per time line

Prepare monthly report to review.

Monitor adhere to budget, manpower budget.

Prepare administration to ensure smooth operations of administration/ welfare activities.

Planning and implementing Employee engagement Activities.

Housekeeping management.

Traveling management as per requirement.

Development and implementing training program

Reward and recognition program.

Handle Legal compliances and govt. liaising. Pollution, MCF,

Handling Statuary compliance under different labour act.

Attrition analysiss plan and implement counter measures as required.

Manpower planning as per the requirement.

Ensure performance management & appraisal process as per schedule.

To conduct Exit interviews& complete all exit formalities & process of full and final settlement of all separated employees.

Must Have good Communication skill

Job Location : Prithla

Conveyance: Must be own conveyance.

Time : 8:30 AM To Onwards.

NOTE : ERP (FYNSIS AND STARLINK MUST )
