Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager at Bhushan Jewellers, located in Solan. The Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage staff, monitor store performance, and ensure customer satisfaction is achieved. Responsibilities include inventory management, implementing sales strategies, ensuring a high standard of service, maintaining store policies, and leading the team to achieve business goals. Qualifications Leadership and team management skills to inspire and guide the team Operational skills, including inventory management and compliance with store policies Customer service and communication skills to engage effectively with clients and ensure a satisfying experience Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities to address challenges efficiently Business acumen and an understanding of sales strategies and performance tracking Proficiency in using CRM systems and tools relevant to retail management Knowledge or experience in the jewellery or luxury retail industry is an added advantage Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field Minimum experience reqired of 2 years
