Role & responsibilities

• Should have knowledge in
• Design of mechanical and tractor components
• Drg reading and GD&T for each process
• Hands on experience in design hand calculations
• Detailed design of the Mfg drgs
• Machining processes
• Welding/Casting/Forging design
• Materials & H.T processes like I.H, Case carburizing, Through hardening etc
• Surface treatment processes like Zinc, alkaline Plating & painting etc
• Thorough understanding of ISO/DIN/IS/SAE/ customer standards
• Cre O
• Design & Development Processes
• Experienced in OEM product development of the construction / Ag industry
• To lead the discussion with customers for new project, components design, testing and validation of components
• Should closely work with internal teams for the technical activities
• Should work closely with Business Development & NPD teams for new business growth.
• Responsible for Technical Change Notes in the unit.
• Should review of detailed drgs & responsible for delivering of right drgs/process docs and hydraulics components.
• RFQ drgs support .
• Should have excellent communication skills & having good networking skills can be able to mingle with customers.
