Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the
QC team
for in-process and final inspection.
Ensure
product quality
meets customer specifications and company standards.
Analyze and resolve
customer complaints
, prepare
8D reports
, and drive corrective & preventive actions.
Implement and maintain
ISO documentation
and quality control systems.
Conduct
root cause analysis
for rejections and initiate continuous improvement.
Monitor
incoming, in-process, and final inspection
activities.
Coordinate with production, maintenance, and design teams for quality improvements.
Train QC inspectors and maintain skill matrices.
Prepare and maintain
QA/QC reports, calibration records, and inspection logs.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical / Printing Technology or related field.
Experience: 810 years in QC function in
Printing & Packaging
or
Sheet Metal Industry
.
Strong knowledge of
QC tools, ISO documentation, and 8D methodology
.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience in handling
customer audits and quality certifications
.
