Key Responsibilities

Implement and monitor QC procedures, standards, and inspection systems (AQL, 4-Point).
Manage quality checks for raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
Identify quality issues and coordinate with production for corrective actions.
Supervise lab testing (GSM, shrinkage, color fastness, tensile strength, etc.).
Maintain QC reports, track defects, and analyze quality trends.
Train and manage QC inspectors and lab technicians.
Handle customer audits, quality complaints, and ensure compliance with ISO/Oeko-Tex/GOTS standards.
