Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Identify training needs (TNI) and design annual training calendars.
  • Plan, organize, and execute training & development programs for all levels.
  • Maintain and update the skill matrix of employees regularly.
  • Conduct post-training evaluations to ensure effectiveness.
  • Coordinate and manage various statutory and employee welfare committees (Canteen, Safety, POSH, etc.).
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives and HR documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Female candidate only.
  • Graduate or MBA in HR with 24 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of TNI, training and development processes, and skill matrix preparation.
  • Hands-on experience managing HR committees and employee engagement programs.
  • Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR documentation.
