1. Should have knowledge of sachet filling machine (multi track ) , trouble shooting of machine
2. To supervise production activities such as Manufacturing and packing as allocated by Department Head, as per laid down procedures and systems.
3. Scheduling of machine sanitization & breakdown maintenance.
4. Proficiency in operating pouch packaging machines, knowledge of PLC systems, familiarity with automated packaging equipment, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and understanding of packaging materials..
5. Key stakeholders for a Pouch Machine Operator include production managers, quality assurance teams, maintenance technicians, and logistics personnel. This role holds a pivotal position in the manufacturing structure, directly impacting production efficiency.
6. Responsible for planning production schedules, coordinating material availability, and executing packaging projects efficiently to meet customer demands.
7. To assist the team for maintenance of machine.
