We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Printing Supervisor to oversee and coordinate printing operations. This role is ideal for a fresher or early-career professional with a technical background in printing who is eager to grow into a leadership role. You will ensure smooth production runs, monitor quality, and support the production team to meet timelines and output standards. Key Responsibilities: Monitor daily printing operations to ensure timely and accurate output. Coordinate with pre-press and post-press teams for job readiness and workflow efficiency. Maintain quality standards by performing regular checks on print output. Supervise and assist printing machine operators with setup, calibration, and basic troubleshooting. Maintain proper records of production logs, material usage, and maintenance schedules. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company guidelines on the shop floor. Assist in inventory management of raw materials such as paper, ink, and printing plates. Support senior supervisors in training and monitoring junior staff. Required Skills & Qualifications: Diploma / Degree in Printing Technology or a related field. 0 to 2 years of experience in a printing or production environment. Basic understanding of offset, digital, or flexographic printing processes. Strong attention to detail and quality control. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Good communication and team coordination skills. Preferred: Familiarity with printing machines and tools. Internship or hands-on training experience in a printing unit.
