Simba cafe & Lodge A small property with three rooms and a cafe located inside the binsar wildlife sanctuary. We are looking for an all rounder who can assist us in multiple tasks. Key Responsibilities: Ensure smooth check-in and check-out process for guests. Handle guest complaints, requests, and feedback promptly and professionally. Maintain records of room availability, reservations, and guest accounts. Candidate should know how to use channel manager and manage online OTA with room inventory and rates. Greet and serve customers with a positive attitude. Take customer orders accurately and process payments. Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages as per café standards. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, including dining area, counters, and kitchen. Ensure proper stock management and assist with inventory when required. Follow all safety, sanitation, and quality standards. Handle customer queries and resolve complaints in a professional manner. Support team members in daily café operations.
