Position Details
Role: Operations Manager (BPO)
Shift: Rotational
Working Days: 6 days/week
Week Offs: 4 rotational offs per month
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Degree or Diploma in any field (Mandatory)
Experience: 2–5 years as an Operations Manager in a call center/BPO
Language Skills:
Punjabi – Fluent (Mandatory)
English – Preferred
Salary Package
₹40,000 – ₹50,000 CTC
Final offer will be based on skills and interview performance.
