KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES -
- Oversee Daily Operations- Manage branch operations, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Staff Management- Lead, train, and develop staff while delegating tasks based on team strengths.
- Improve Operational Efficiency- Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Track KPIs and report branch performance to upper management. Creating worker profiles and allocating them to relevant jobs as per their skillset Helper pick & drop management via field or bikers. Address operational challenges and make decisions to keep operations running smoothly. These roles require strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to meet operational targets efficiently.
