Job Description

Key Responsibilities1. Operational Management

  • Supervise daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
  • Implement and improve operational systems, processes, and best practices.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics for performance optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.

2. Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and manage operations staff to enhance productivity and performance.
  • Conduct regular training, performance evaluations, and skill-development activities.
  • Maintain a positive and disciplined work environment.

3. Client & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding operational matters.
  • Handle escalations, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with vendors, partners, and service providers as required.

4. Resource Planning

  • Manage allocation of manpower, equipment, and other operational resources.
  • Optimize cost efficiency while ensuring service quality.
  • Maintain inventory, asset management, and procurement records.

5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, logs, and compliance records.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning.

6. Continuous Improvement

  • Identify gaps in processes and implement corrective actions.
  • Drive initiatives for automation, cost reduction, and improved turnaround time.
  • Support strategic business initiatives and expansion activities.

Qualifications & SkillsEducational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred).

Experience

  • 5–10 years of experience in operations management, preferably in service-oriented industries.

Skills

  • Strong leadership and team-handling abilities.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MIS reporting, and operational software.
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
