Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site HR Manager role based in Surat. The HR Manager will oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. The role also involves developing and implementing HR strategies and policies that align with organizational goals. Additionally, the HR Manager will handle payroll processing, and assist in creating a positive and productive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
• Experience in Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Conflict Resolution
• Knowledge of Labor Laws, HR Policies, and Compliance Requirements
• Skills in Training, Development, and Organizational Change Management
• Proficiency in Payroll Management and Compensation Planning
• Excellent communication skills, leadership qualities, and a proactive mindset
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certifications are advantageous)
• Prior experience in the textile or manufacturing industry is preferred.
