Operations Manager

We’re looking for a dynamic Operations Manager — a true all-star who thrives in fast-paced environments, wears multiple hats with confidence, and brings both strategic thinking and street-smart execution. You'll be at the heart of our daily operations, ensuring everything runs like clockwork — from supply chain and logistics to vendor management, internal coordination, and even stepping into marketing, finance, or product development when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, logistics, and supply chain activities
• Manage vendor relationships, procurement cycles, and inventory
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align operations with demand
• Track and analyze key operational metrics and optimize efficiency
• Build and maintain SOPs and scalable systems as the company grows
• Handle cross-functional coordination and firefighting as needed
• Support founders with ad-hoc projects across departments — no task is too big or too small
• Be a proactive thinker who’s constantly looking for ways to improve processes
• Represent Qidhan professionally with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–6 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or general management (preferably in FMCG or food industry)
• Energetic, adaptable, and hands-on — this is not a desk-only job
• Excel wizardry — you should be confident with data, reporting, and analysis
• Excellent communication skills — articulate, clear, and confident
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions under pressure
• Comfortable in a startup environment: things move fast, and ambiguity is the norm
• Bonus: Prior experience in a high-growth startup or food/FMCG brand

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,173.79 - ₹58,879.18 per month

• Nandanam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
