Job Title: Operations Manager Company: Indians Abroad (MYST EDUCATION) Job Type: Remote Experience: 1 -3 years Salary Range: INR 15K – 20K Job Description: Indians Abroad is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Manager to join our team who can lead and streamline our internal functions for greater efficiency and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: · Support end-to-end client lifecycle management, from onboarding to documentation follow-up. · Maintain and update client records. · Track progress of immigration cases and escalate delays where required. · Ensure documentation compliance based on immigration requirements and internal standards. · Assist with reporting, audits, and internal quality checks. · Respond to client queries via email/WhatsApp and ensure timely resolutions. · Support daily administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth functioning. Requirements: · • 1–3 years of experience in operations or client coordination (prior experience in immigration industry is plus). • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Working knowledge of MS Office, Visas and Immigration Issues handling skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in Business Administration, Commerce, or similar). Work Schedule: ● Working Hours: 9 hours per day ● Working Days: Monday to Saturday
