Operations Manager

We are hiring on behalf of a top-tier, operationally intensive Indian unicorn that is looking for a sharp and analytical Operations Manager with 1-5 years of experience. You will be the architect of our operational processes, responsible for building scalable systems that enable the company to grow efficiently. What You'll Do (Your Responsibilities):

• Process Excellence:

  Design, implement, and continuously optimize operational processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.

• Own the Metrics:

  Take ownership of key operational performance indicators (KPIs) and manage day-to-day operations to ensure targets are met and exceeded.

• Data-Driven Decisions:

  Dive deep into operational data to identify bottlenecks, trends, and opportunities for improvement.

• Project Management:

  Lead critical, cross-functional projects, such as launching new service lines, expanding into new cities, or implementing new technology.

• Vendor & Partner Management:

  Manage relationships with key vendors and partners to ensure high-quality service delivery.

What We're Looking For (Your Qualifications):

• Experience:

  1-5 years of experience in operations, consulting, or a related analytical field. Experience in a startup environment is a huge plus.
