Role Description This full-time role is for an Operations Manager, located on-site in Gurugram. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing daily operations, implementing process improvements, managing team workflows, and ensuring the efficient execution of projects. The role involves coordinating between departments to streamline procedures, overseeing budget management and ensuring compliance with company policies. Qualifications Operational and Process Management skills Experience in Project Management and Team Leadership Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, India Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or related field Experience in the tech or AI industry is a plus
