We’re looking for a dynamic Operations Manager — a true all-star who thrives in fast-paced environments, wears multiple hats with confidence, and brings both strategic thinking and street-smart execution. You'll be at the heart of our daily operations, ensuring everything runs like clockwork — from supply chain and logistics to vendor management, internal coordination, and even stepping into marketing, finance, or product development when needed. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations, logistics, and supply chain activities Manage vendor relationships, procurement cycles, and inventory Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align operations with demand Track and analyze key operational metrics and optimize efficiency Build and maintain SOPs and scalable systems as the company grows Handle cross-functional coordination and firefighting as needed Support founders with ad-hoc projects across departments — no task is too big or too small Be a proactive thinker who’s constantly looking for ways to improve processes Represent Qidhan professionally with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders What We’re Looking For: 3–6 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or general management (preferably in FMCG or food industry) Energetic, adaptable, and hands-on — this is not a desk-only job Excel wizardry — you should be confident with data, reporting, and analysis Excellent communication skills — articulate, clear, and confident Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions under pressure Comfortable in a startup environment: things move fast, and ambiguity is the norm Bonus: Prior experience in a high-growth startup or food/FMCG brand Why Qidhan?
