Role Description

experienced Operations Manager


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and improve daily business operations, ensuring smooth cross-functional coordination between teams.
  • Develop and implement processes, systems, and workflows to increase operational efficiency and scalability.
  • Track and analyze key operational metrics, identify bottlenecks, and recommend data-driven improvements.
  • Collaborate with leadership to set strategic priorities and ensure alignment between business goals and operational execution.
  • Manage vendor relationships, tools, and operational budgets to optimize resources.
  • Lead or support special projects, including process automation, organizational changes, or operational rollouts.
  • Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Mentor and support team members to build a culture of accountability, clarity, and operational excellence.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 4+ years of experience in operations, project management, or business strategy — preferably in a fast-paced or remote environment.
  • Proven ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with operations and project management tools (Asana, Notion, Airtable, ClickUp, etc.).
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data and metrics to inform decisions.
  • Comfortable working autonomously and managing multiple priorities in a distributed team environment.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience in SaaS, tech, or startup environments.
  • Familiarity with automation tools, CRM systems, and workflow optimization platforms.
  • Background in financial operations, procurement, or vendor management is a plus.
  • Experience scaling teams or processes during periods of rapid growth.
