Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist to join our team and help drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. In this role, you will work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to analyze complex datasets, develop predictive models, and uncover actionable insights that influence strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
• Build and validate predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve business problems.
• Design and implement data-driven experiments (such as A/B tests) to evaluate new initiatives.
• Develop dashboards and data visualizations to communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into analytical solutions.
• Stay current with the latest developments in data science, AI, and statistical methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages.
• Experience with data manipulation tools (Pandas, SQL) and machine learning frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Solid understanding of statistics, experimental design, and data modeling techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Knowledge of deep learning architectures or natural language processing.
• Familiarity with big data technologies such as Spark or Hadoop.
• Experience deploying models to production environments.
