Role Description

Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from multiple internal and external sources.
• Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and insights that inform business strategies.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key metrics and reporting needs.
• Provide actionable recommendations based on analytical findings.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity across all reporting systems.
• Support experimentation and A/B testing efforts with clear data analysis.
• Document analytical methodologies, metrics, and processes for transparency and repeatability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Ability to communicate complex insights clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
