Location: Bandra, Mumbai

Work Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Experience: 1 to 2 years

Salary: ₹42,000- ₹45,000 per month

An upcoming grooming and personal care venture focused on shaving essentials. The business is building a premium presence in the men’s grooming and lifestyle space, with an emphasis on quality, branding, and structured growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Build basic data models and dashboards to track business performance, trends, and customer behavior
• Develop and implement basic machine learning models for demand forecasting, customer segmentation, and sales prediction
• Apply statistical techniques to identify patterns and relationships in customer, product, and marketing data
• Build and validate predictive models to support pricing, inventory planning, and campaign performance
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to translate business problems into practical solutionsPrepare regular reports and presentations for leadership with clear insights and actionable findings
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and proper documentation of datasets and processes

Requirements:

• Strong working knowledge of Python (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn) and SQL for data analysis, modeling, and data handling
• Familiarity with machine learning techniques, data visualization tools, and basic model deployment or version control practices
• Willing to travel to the factory 2 weeks of the month (location- Baddi, HP)
• Driven and excited by systems and automation
