Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily hospital operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments
Coordinate with medical, nursing, administrative, and support staff
Ensure availability and proper utilization of hospital resources
Monitor patient services and resolve operational issues promptly
Manage duty rosters, attendance, and staff coordination
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, NABH/quality standards, and safety protocols
Handle patient feedback, complaints, and service improvement initiatives
Supervise housekeeping, security, maintenance, and other support services
Prepare operational reports and submit them to management
Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) as per roster, including Sundays and holidays

Skills & Competencies:

Strong leadership and communication skills
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Knowledge of hospital operations and healthcare standards
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Good coordination and team management skills

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management / Business Administration
Master’s degree (MHA/MBA – Hospital Management) preferred

Experience:

3–7 years of experience in hospital operations or healthcare management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
