Position Overview

Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage end-to-end operational activities within the company.
• Monitor payment processing systems and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth transactions.
• Coordinate with the technology, sales, and support teams to streamline client onboarding and service delivery.
• Design and implement SOPs to improve efficiency and reduce operational risks.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and data security standards in operational processes.
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate third-party service providers as needed.
• Lead and mentor the operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in fintech, banking, or payment solutions.
• Proven track record in managing teams and complex operational workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to digital payments and financial services.
• Proficiency in operational tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
