The Role As an eCommerce Analyst, you will be assisting our eCommerce Client Manager and Client Coordinators in protecting your Client`s brands by using big data in a distribution-centric manner. You will use innovative and strategic methods to analyze networks and identify connections between multiple data points. You will utilize methods such as price deviation analytics, import/export data reports and account matching capabilities to identify misbehaving sellers and provide a better overview of the Grey Market environment for their products. You will play a crucial role in the formulation and implementation of the client s strategy when it comes to distribution monitoring. You will audit online content such as marketplaces, websites and social media to confirm the targets compliance with our Client s Selective Distribution systems. You will collect and organize useful evidence and report your findings to your manager. What is day-to-day life like at Corsearch? Your day will consist of performing supportive tasks in regard to the monitoring of your client s grey market environment by extracting, transforming and interpreting datasets in order to generate actionable insights. You will be part of a vibrant and energetic team that constantly seeks new ways of generating intelligence. You will meet your team daily, during a specific stand-up time, where you will be able to share how your day will look like, what projects you will be working on, what issues you ve faced and what successes you have achieved. You will be asked to think on your feet and be flexible in determining new ways that we, at Corsearch, can improve the Distribution Monitoring cycle of client s using big data and supply chain knowledge. What this job involves: Support your assigned Client Manager and Client Coordinator Use modern tools to gather online data at your will Identify, gather, verify and enforce violations of distribution policies in the grey trade scene Draft simplified reports for the assigned clients, including ad hoc requests (e.g. monitor a platform, tagging sellers, reviewing products in a web shop and other basic deliverables) Perform audits on online marketplaces, websites and social media to ensure compliance of our client s selective distribution systems Stay up to date with the market trends and techniques, for ex., new platforms or new ways to collect data and elaborate data Essential Skills Bachelor s degree in law, business and / or in any quantitative data-driven subject (such as sciences, economics, mathematics, computer science). Applications with alternative education backgrounds will also be accepted if they match the below criteria; Adept at data visualization Adept at recognizing patterns, trends and classifications Interest in conceptualization and implementation of streamlined processes and data models Interest in post-sale product lifecycle monitoring and distribution management Interest in eCommerce led businesses and online distribution concerns Precision in executing given tasks and that can apply critical thinking when solving day-to-day problems Exceptional communication skills Exceptional time management and prioritization skills Basic understanding or interest in Intellectual Property Ability to manage ingestion, transformation, analysis and communication of data.

Your sharp eye for detail will be key in identifying unauthorized use of our clients intellectual property. Execute Enforcement - Collaborate with online platforms, e-commerce sites, and hosting providers to initiate takedown procedures. Youll be at the forefront of ensuring our clients content stays protected. Collaboration - Work closely with our Client Management teams to help achieve our clients brand protection goals, providing insights and updates on specific cases. Trend Reporting - Review enforcement reports, identify trends, and provide context around unusual activities, helping to refine our strategies and improve our services. Strategic Input - Suggest improvements to our approach, including shifts in focus, investigative targets, or adjustments to enforcement methods. We are looking for candidates who come from one of the following backgrounds: Graduates/Postgraduates from any discipline with experience in secondary research or data analysis. B.Tech graduates are welcome, with a preference for candidates with relevant experience. Candidates with a background in Brand Protection, Research, or Data Analysis (minimum 1 year) are highly valued. Law graduates with a specialization in IP law and prior experience in a law firm or corporate setting are also encouraged to apply.
