Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager based in Jaipur. The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the resort, ensuring seamless coordination across departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities include managing staff, optimizing operational efficiency, maintaining service standards, and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. The role also involves resource allocation and collaborating with leadership to meet both short-term and long-term goals for the resort.

• Team Leadership and Staff Management skills to oversee and guide operational teams effectively
• Operational Planning, Problem-Solving, and Multitasking abilities to ensure smooth day-to-day management
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills for engaging with staff, stakeholders, and guests
• Experience in Customer Service and Hospitality to ensure high-quality guest experiences
• Analytical Thinking and Decision-Making skills to optimize resource usage and operational efficiency
• Knowledge of industry practices and experience in hotel or resort operations is highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for operational management is an advantage
