Operations Manager

You will be responsible for managing daily BPO operations across multiple processes, ensuring that SLA and KPI targets are achieved. You will lead and guide team leaders and agents to meet performance goals while maintaining process compliance, quality, and client satisfaction. Additionally, you will be required to prepare and present performance reports to management and clients. - Graduate/Postgraduate with 3-7 years of BPO experience. - Strong leadership and people management skills. - Knowledge of BPO operations, metrics, and workforce management. - Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
