Job Summary

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s daily backend operations, client coordination, dispatch scheduling, and installation team planning. This role ensures smooth execution from order confirmation to project completion, maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities1. Daily Operations Management
  • Supervise and coordinate all backend operations to ensure timely workflow.
  • Monitor order processing, documentation, and internal coordination between sales, production, and logistics teams.
  • Maintain operational dashboards and ensure data accuracy in reports.
2. Client Coordination
  • Act as a single point of contact for clients post-order confirmation.
  • Coordinate delivery timelines, installation schedules, and resolve client issues efficiently.
  • Communicate regular progress updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
3. Dispatch Planning & Logistics
  • Prepare and manage daily/weekly dispatch plans based on project timelines and client requirements.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse, logistics partners, and drivers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Track material movement and ensure safe and accurate dispatch of goods.
4. Installation Team Planning & Reporting
  • Plan and assign installation tasks based on project priorities, team availability, and location.
  • Monitor installation progress, resolve on-site challenges, and ensure timely completion.
  • Collect and maintain daily installation reports, including site status, manpower utilization, and completion updates.
5. Reporting & Process Improvement
  • Generate and present daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to management.
  • Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and coordination across departments.

  • Qualifications & Skills
    • Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 4–8 years of experience in operations, logistics, or project coordination (preferably in construction, interior, or manufacturing industry).
    • Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
    • Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic ERP/CRM systems.
    • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
    • On-time dispatch & installation completion rate.
    • Client satisfaction and issue resolution turnaround.
    • Accuracy of daily operations reporting.
    • Efficiency in resource utilization (manpower, materials, logistics).
    • Reduction in delays or operational errors.
