We’re looking for a proactive, creative, and highly organized Operations Manager who can keep our daily operations running smoothly and help our team stay on track.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day agency operations.
• Coordinate effectively between clients and internal teams.
• Assign, track, and manage team tasks and deadlines.
• Create and maintain project timelines to ensure smooth delivery.
• Attend client meetings and follow up on key action points.
• Contribute creatively — assist with content ideas, captions, or campaign briefs.
• Improve workflow processes and enhance team productivity.
• Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment in the office.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Highly organized and responsible with a proactive attitude.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing or content creation.
• Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Trello, Notion, or ClickUp.
• Previous experience in an agency or startup environment is preferred.
• Must be able to work full-time from our office.

Job Details

• Job Type: Full-time, On-site
• Work Location: Shed2 Co-working, Beed Bypass Rd, opposite Vatan Textiles Ltd, MIDC, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra 431010
• Schedule: Day shift ( 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM )
• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience)
