Role Overview

Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management

  • Manage and streamline daily operations across academic, content, sales, and support teams.
  • Monitor and optimize workflow efficiency to ensure smooth delivery of classes, tests, and learning modules.
  • Create and implement SOPs to standardize processes across departments.

Academic Coordination

  • Coordinate scheduling of live classes, tests, and doubt-clearing sessions for students from 6th–12th standards.
  • Ensure the timely execution of JEE/NEET learning programs with high-quality academic delivery.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, teachers, and content creators.

Student Experience & Support

  • Oversee student onboarding, engagement, performance tracking, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Support personalized learning initiatives and ensure students receive timely academic assistance.
  • Address student escalations and ensure high satisfaction levels.

Team & Vendor Management

  • Lead and mentor the operations team to achieve performance goals.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, tech teams, and academic partners when required.

Data & Reporting

  • Track operational metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports for leadership.
  • Use data insights to optimize student performance tracking and operational efficiency.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, data security practices, and quality standards.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives across all operational functions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant postgraduate degree preferred.
  • 3–7 years of experience in operations management, preferably in EdTech or education industry.
  • Strong organizational and project-management skills.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people-management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, LMS platforms, or similar EdTech systems is a plus.
