Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective operational strategies and processes to enhance service delivery.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure that all departments are aligned with the overall business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, making recommendations for improvements as necessary.
• Lead and mentor team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar managerial role within the IT and Services industry.
• Strong understanding of operational processes and performance management.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills with a track record of improving team productivity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,031.11 - ₹59,695.19 per month
