Role Description

Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing mutual fund applications, redemptions, SIP registrations, and client servicing requests
• Coordinating insurance policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and claims documentation
• Maintaining client records and ensuring compliance with regulatory norms
• Preparing MIS reports, reconciliation, and daily operational updates
• Liaising with AMCs, insurance companies etc
• Supporting the sales team with documentation and follow-ups

Requirements:

Ex Banker / Ex Mutual Fund Employee will be preferred

Experience in financial industry is only preferred.

Strong communication and coordination skills

Good command over MS Office (Excel, Word)

Ability to manage timelines and multitask effectively
