About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Provide academic support and conduct training sessions tailored to student needs. 2. Motivate students and build their confidence to enhance learning outcomes. 3. Deliver live instruction and personalized tutoring in an engaging, effective manner. 4. Resolve student doubts promptly and clearly to ensure concept clarity. 5. Contribute to lesson planning and content development to maintain high instructional standards. 6. Conduct engaging and interactive online sessions that promote active participation. 7. Strictly follow the NNIIT standard operating procedures (SOPs) during all teaching activities. 8. Foster a positive, student-centric learning environment. 9. Prepare thoroughly for each class to ensure impactful delivery and learning. 10. Maintain consistent and professional communication with students and parents through the official portal and communication channels. 11. Attend scheduled parent-teacher meetings and provide timely updates on student progress.
