Key Responsibilities

• Operations and Process Management:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the consulting business, ensuring smooth delivery of services and optimal resource utilization.
• Develop and refine processes to improve service delivery, project management, and client interaction.
• Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
• Coordinate and manage client projects, ensuring timely completion and high client satisfaction.
• Act as a key point of contact for major clients, ensuring clear communication and quick resolution of any issues.
• Team Leadership and Coordination:
• Lead and manage the operations team, including consultants and administrative staff, to achieve business objectives.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members, focusing on skill development and service excellence.
• Quality Control and Compliance:
• Ensure all consulting services meet the highest standards of quality and align with industry best practices.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards, company policies, and client agreements.
• Resource Allocation and Project Management:
• Efficiently manage resources to align with project demands, ensuring consultants are allocated based on skill sets and project requirements.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
• Reporting and Analytics:
• Monitor and analyze key operational metrics, providing insights for process improvements and strategic decisions.
• Prepare reports on service performance, client feedback, and operational challenges for senior management.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, ideally within a consulting or professional services firm.
• Strong project management skills with a proven track record in managing service delivery.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to handle client interactions effectively.
• Proficiency in operational software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
