As an Operations Manager at MaxFate Private Limited, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the consulting services operations in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh. With a minimum of 10 years of experience in managing operations within a service-based industry, your role will focus on driving efficiency, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing a team of consultants. Your key responsibilities include: - **Operations and Process Management:** - Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth service delivery and optimal resource utilization. - Develop and refine processes for improved service delivery, project management, and client interaction. - **Client Engagement and Relationship Management:** - Coordinate and manage client projects to ensure timely completion and high satisfaction. - Act as a key point of contact for major clients, maintaining clear communication and resolving issues promptly. - **Team Leadership and Coordination:** - Lead and manage the operations team, providing training and mentorship for skill development and service excellence. - Ensure business objectives are achieved through effective team management. - **Quality Control and Compliance:** - Maintain highest standards of quality in consulting services and ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulatory standards. - Uphold company policies and client agreements in service delivery. - **Resource Allocation and Project Management:** - Efficiently manage resources to align with project demands and allocate consultants based on skill sets and project requirements. - Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables for smooth execution. - **Reporting and Analytics:** - Monitor and analyze key operational metrics to provide insights for process improvements and strategic decisions. - Prepare reports on service performance, client feedback, and operational challenges for senior management. **Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred). - Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within a consulting or professional services firm. - Strong project management skills and proven track record in managing service delivery. - Excellent leadership and communication skills to handle client interactions effectively. - Proficiency in operational software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
