Job Summary
MaxFate Group is seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in Mathura. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of driving business growth through strategic marketing initiatives. This role will focus on promoting our 1-Year Business Consultancy Plan and other services, building strong client relationships, and expanding our presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote MaxFate’s business consultancy services, including the 1-Year Business Consultancy Plan.
- Identify and engage potential clients, primarily businesses with ₹1-5 crore annual revenue, in the Mathura region and surrounding areas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Represent MaxFate Group at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective implementation of marketing campaigns.
- Provide feedback on market trends and client needs to inform future product and service development.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and recommendations to senior management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in business consultancy, financial services, or B2B services.
- Strong understanding of business consulting, strategic growth, and profitability solutions for small and medium enterprises (SMEs).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies tailored to the needs of businesses in the ₹1-5 crore revenue range.
- Experience in the Mathura market or similar regional markets is preferred.
- Proficiency in Hindi and basic English; strong presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
