Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our consulting services operations in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing operations within a service-based industry, with a focus on driving efficiency, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing a team of consultants. You will play a key role in streamlining processes, coordinating client engagements, and maintaining high service standards to support our company’s growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations and Process Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the consulting business, ensuring smooth delivery of services and optimal resource utilization.
- Develop and refine processes to improve service delivery, project management, and client interaction.
- Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
- Coordinate and manage client projects, ensuring timely completion and high client satisfaction.
- Act as a key point of contact for major clients, ensuring clear communication and quick resolution of any issues.
- Team Leadership and Coordination:
- Lead and manage the operations team, including consultants and administrative staff, to achieve business objectives.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members, focusing on skill development and service excellence.
- Quality Control and Compliance:
- Ensure all consulting services meet the highest standards of quality and align with industry best practices.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards, company policies, and client agreements.
- Resource Allocation and Project Management:
- Efficiently manage resources to align with project demands, ensuring consultants are allocated based on skill sets and project requirements.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
- Reporting and Analytics:
- Monitor and analyze key operational metrics, providing insights for process improvements and strategic decisions.
- Prepare reports on service performance, client feedback, and operational challenges for senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, ideally within a consulting or professional services firm.
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record in managing service delivery.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to handle client interactions effectively.
- Proficiency in operational software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
