You will be involved in proposal development, solution design, product configuration, conducting pilots, and providing guidance on requirements and solution design queries. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting solution demonstrations, workshops, preparing effort estimates, leading small projects, and contributing to organizational initiatives. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively in a team. Your expertise should encompass system configuration in alignment with Solution Design & Configuration Workbook, proficiency in translations, execution of test cases, and familiarity with SAP HCM integration activities. Knowledge of SAP Custom interfaces and reports is also required. This role is based in multiple locations across India, including Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Chandigarh, Trivandrum, Indore, Nagpur, Mangalore, Noida, Bhubaneswar, Kolkata, Coimbatore, Jaipur, Vizag, Mysore, and Hubli. While the location may vary based on business requirements, efforts will be made to accommodate your preference whenever possible.
