Role Description

Agile Delivery & Operations Manager

Agile project delivery, operational governance, and workflow automation

Key Responsibilities

Agile Delivery & Project Management

• Lead and oversee

  Agile project delivery

  using Scrum — including sprint setup, planning sessions, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Mentor Scrum Masters and coach teams on Agile principles, ensuring effective iteration and continuous improvement.
• Manage multiple cross-functional teams and ensure alignment across stakeholders for timely, high-quality project completion.

Operational Management & Process Improvement

• Establish and refine

  operational workflows

  across the organization to drive efficiency and resilience.
• Oversee

  business process management (BPM)

  initiatives, aligning automation, workflows, and technology tools with business priorities.
• Design and enforce

  quality gates

  for all deliverables, maintaining compliance and measurable performance standards.

Technology-Enabled Workflow Optimization

• Maximize

  Monday.com

  for project tracking, automation, and performance reporting.
• Build

  real-time dashboards

  to deliver operational insights and performance analytics to leadership.
• Promote effective use of

  Slack and other collaboration tools

  to enhance team communication and knowledge sharing.

Governance & Team Alignment

• Support governance and narrative alignment between leadership and delivery teams.
• Foster a culture of

  accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning

• Act as an operational bridge between

  strategy and execution

  , ensuring goals are clearly translated into deliverable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience

  managing Agile projects and sprints (Scrum methodology).
• Proven expertise with

  Monday.com and Slack

  , including automation, dashboard creation, and workspace optimization.
• Experience

  coaching teams in Agile methodologies

  and leading iterative delivery processes.
• Strong operational management experience — stakeholder coordination, governance, and process improvement.
• Demonstrated success implementing

  continuous improvement initiatives

  and establishing performance benchmarks.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex workflows and drive alignment.
• Familiarity with process automation tools and

  data-driven performance monitoring
