We are looking for a driven and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to spearhead our sales growth and client acquisition. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential communities, gated societies, corporate offices, and industrial clients . Generate leads through networking, cold calling, client meetings, and partnerships. Build strong relationships with Apartment Associations, Builders, Property Managers, and Corporate Facility Heads . Manage the complete sales cycle – from lead generation, proposal preparation, negotiation, closing deals, to handover to operations team . Prepare and present customized facility management proposals (security, housekeeping, technical services) . Achieve monthly and quarterly sales & revenue targets . Collaborate with operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery. Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies in the FM industry. Requirements 4–8 years of business development / sales experience in Facility Management, Security Services, Manpower Outsourcing, or related industries . Strong network / contacts in residential communities, real estate, and corporate offices . Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills . Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver results . Should be open to field travel within Hyderabad / Telangana . Own vehicle preferred.
