Business Development Manager (Facility Management)

Location: Hyderabad (Field-based + Office)
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 4–8 years in Facility Management / Security / Housekeeping / B2B Corporate Services
About Us

We are a fast-growing Facility Management company providing professional security, housekeeping, and soft services for residential communities, apartments, and corporate clients. We are looking for a driven and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to spearhead our sales growth and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential communities, gated societies, corporate offices, and industrial clients.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, client meetings, and partnerships.
  • Build strong relationships with Apartment Associations, Builders, Property Managers, and Corporate Facility Heads.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle – from lead generation, proposal preparation, negotiation, closing deals, to handover to operations team.
  • Prepare and present customized facility management proposals (security, housekeeping, technical services).
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales & revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies in the FM industry.

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of business development / sales experience in Facility Management, Security Services, Manpower Outsourcing, or related industries.
  • Strong network / contacts in residential communities, real estate, and corporate offices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver results.
  • Should be open to field travel within Hyderabad / Telangana.
  • Own vehicle preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Performance Incentives: Attractive commission structure (can take package to ₹1,00,000+ per month).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
