We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Manager to join our dynamic team and oversee the successful execution of projects from inception to completion.


Job Overview

As an Operations Manager at Flow Interio, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of all ongoing projects. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate, supervise, and drive cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines, client expectations, and company standards. You will also serve as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring that communication is clear, issues are resolved proactively, and project milestones are achieved without delay.


Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management & Execution:

  • Oversee and manage multiple interior design projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and task assignments to ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate with various departments, including design, procurement, construction, and installation teams, to ensure smooth project flow.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to avoid delays or issues.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure regular communication with clients to update them on project status, address concerns, and manage expectations.
  • Handle client escalations and resolve issues promptly, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.

Team Coordination & Leadership:

  • Lead and motivate project teams to deliver high-quality results within established timelines.
  • Monitor individual and team performance, provide constructive feedback, and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Conduct frequent team meetings to review project statuses, identify challenges, and resolve issues collaboratively.

Process Improvement:

  • Standardize procedures for project execution and ensure adherence to best practices across the organization.
  • Implement tools, systems, and technologies that enhance workflow, communication, and project management capabilities.

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain comprehensive records of all projects, including contracts, timelines, change orders, and communications.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on project status, challenges, and performance metrics.
