🔹 Position: Operations Manager- Sourcing/Purchasing 🔹 Location: Ahmedabad 🔹 Experience Required: Minimum 5 years (preferably in the furniture/interior industry) About the Role: As the Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination between our internal departments (sales, marketing, sourcing, and projects), while managing vendor and client relationships. Your focus will be on streamlining daily operations and driving efficiency across the board. Key Responsibilities: · Oversee and streamline daily business operations. · Manage leads and support the sales and marketing teams with timely follow-ups. · Coordinate with marketing, sales, sourcing, and project teams. · Maintain strong vendor and factory relationships to ensure on-time delivery. · Act as a point of contact for client communication related to operations. · Prepare reports and align team efforts with company goals. · Drive process improvements and enhance operational efficiency. · Handle scheduling, budgeting, and compliance tasks. Who We're Looking For: · Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations Management, or similar field (Master’s preferred). · 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the furniture/interior industry. · Strong leadership, coordination, and multitasking abilities. · Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. · Proficiency in MS Office and operational tools/software.
