Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the communication bridge between the sales, sourcing, project, and delivery teams to ensure seamless coordination.
• Track all stages of ongoing projects — from order finalization to sourcing, dispatch, and installation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met without delays.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records related to product selections, sourcing status, deliveries, and installation timelines.
• Identify communication gaps or process bottlenecks and resolve them proactively to avoid project delays.
• Provide regular updates and reports to management and relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in post-delivery follow-ups to ensure successful project closure and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the furniture or interiors industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to manage cross-functional teams.
• Good understanding of furniture materials, finishes, and interior project workflows.
• Familiarity with project tracking tools (Excel, Trello, Asana, etc.)

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience coordinating with sales and sourcing teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset.
