Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to act as the central point of communication between the sales, project, sourcing, and delivery teams . This role is crucial in streamlining coordination, minimizing communication gaps, and ensuring timely and quality execution of projects. A good understanding of furniture and interior projects is essential. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the communication bridge between the sales, sourcing, project, and delivery teams to ensure seamless coordination. Track all stages of ongoing projects — from order finalization to sourcing, dispatch, and installation. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met without delays. Maintain accurate documentation and records related to product selections, sourcing status, deliveries, and installation timelines. Identify communication gaps or process bottlenecks and resolve them proactively to avoid project delays. Provide regular updates and reports to management and relevant stakeholders. Assist in post-delivery follow-ups to ensure successful project closure and client satisfaction. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the furniture or interiors industry. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to manage cross-functional teams. Good understanding of furniture materials, finishes, and interior project workflows. Familiarity with project tracking tools (Excel, Trello, Asana, etc.) Preferred Skills: Prior experience coordinating with sales and sourcing teams. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset.
