Job Description

Role Overview:

The Project Coordinator will ensure smooth execution of digital marketing campaigns and projects, acting as the central point of coordination between internal teams (creative, content, SEO, social media, tech) and clients. They will track deliverables, monitor timelines, escalate issues, ensure quality and communication, and help the project manager achieve campaign objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the planning, scheduling, execution and delivery of digital marketing projects (e.g., SEO campaigns, social media campaigns, content marketing, influencer campaigns).
  • Liaise with internal teams (content writers, designers, developers, SEO specialists, social media managers) to ensure tasks are completed on time and to specification.
  • Maintain project documentation: briefs, timelines, deliverable checklists, status updates, budgets.
  • Act as the point of contact for clients for day-to-day queries, status updates and coordination.
  • Monitor project progress, track KPIs/milestones, identify risks or delays and escalate to the Project Manager.
  • Ensure all work meets quality standards and client expectations (proofing, client approvals, delivery).
  • Assist in preparing client reports (weekly, monthly) with campaign statistics, work completed, next steps.
  • Organize and facilitate project meetings, record minutes, ensure action items are assigned and followed up.
  • Support onboarding of new campaigns: gathering requirements, setting up timelines, briefing teams.
  • Help maintain the project management tool/dashboard and ensure data is updated for accurate tracking.
  • Contribute to process improvement: share feedback, suggest optimisations for better campaign delivery and client satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience preferably in a digital marketing agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and services (SEO, social media, content marketing, PPC)
  • Excellent organisational, multitasking and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with ability to interfacing with clients and internal teams.
  • Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills and ability to work under deadlines.
  • Service-oriented mindset and high ownership.
  • Ability to analyse basic campaign metrics, produce status reports and highlight issues.
  • Prior exposure in a digital campaign environment (social media scheduling, content publishing, campaign tracking) would be an advantage.
