Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Performance Marketing Interns to join our digital marketing team. You will assist in planning, executing, and optimizing our online paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and others. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in performance marketing and learn from a team of experienced marketers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation, monitoring, and optimization of paid ad campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and competitor analysis.
• Analyze ad performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
• Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop creative assets for ads.
• Stay updated on platform changes, advertising trends, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong interest in digital marketing and performance advertising.
• Basic understanding of platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, or LinkedIn Ads is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
• Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint.
